This INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT, is a legally binding agreement between you (the “Submitter”) and Exis Inc (the “Company”). This agreement relates directly to the material submitted, herein known as (the “product”). This agreement is effective as of the date of the Submitter’s product submission.

The submitter hereby agrees they are either the author of the product, or have the legal authority to sell/resell the product. Submitter agrees that they have the legal authority to submit the product and that they are not encumbered by local or countrywide law in the sale or submission of the product.

Furthermore, the Submitter agrees to hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, and officers, from any claims, costs, damages, or expenses, resulting from any injury, loss of data, file corruption, damage, or loss, that may arise from the downloading, possession, and use of the product or any derivative thereof by the receiving party.

Furthermore, the Submitter agrees to hold harmless the Company, its subsidiaries, and officers, from any claims, costs, damages, or expenses, resulting from disputes related to the authorship and/or ownership of the product.
