Submission Guidelines:
Thank you for considering the Exis Exchange to publish your media online! Please read the following sections for important information about our automated product submission system.

The Easy Process:
Selling products on the Exis Exchange is extremely simple. Once you've filled out the information we need to pay you, you can begin uploading your content immediately. You will fill out various text fields to describe your media, set a price, and list available formats. You will also be asked to upload up to 12 images of the product. You can do this for as many products as you wish to sell.

Exchange Media Moderation:
It's important to note that all submitted media is moderated for quality and content. We check every file that is sent to us to ensure that it is what the product page claims it is. Media on the Exis Exchange has to meet our quality expectation in order to be published as a full product. If your media is not accepted, please re-examine the media and consider ways to improve it. We moderate the content in order to allow users like you to increase their sales. We don't want to drown your great media is a sea of files. To assure a fair evaluation, all media is reviewed by experts with many years of experience in the field of computer graphics.

Media Acceptance and Trusted Seller Status:
You will be able to upload as many products as you wish, and they will be available for sale, once an Exis representative has approved the media. Once you have submitted several products successfully and Exis becomes familiar with your commitment to providing quality goods, you may be awarded Trusted Seller Status. Once you are a trusted seller, your media will skip the approval process and be available for sale as soon as your submit it. This is a very important status that is only granted to those willing to safeguard the quality of the files they post. Trusted seller status may be removed if the seller shows an inability to exercise good judgment. Please note that all media must conform to the basic acceptance criteria or it will be removed.

Fees:
Exis retains a 50% fee for the sale of all media on the Exchange.

Payment Options:
Currently we offer to pay you via check or Paypal. Checks can take a while to get to you, and even longer to clear. If you have access to Paypal, we recommend you use this wonderful service to get immediate payment.

Legal and Tax information:
You are responsible for your own income taxes. Exis does not collect income taxes on your behalf. Please note, that we may or may not collect COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) with respect to credit card companies and other fees charged to affect a sale. Exis is only a venue for the sale of your goods, we are not a reseller and therefore do not interfere with your tax situation.

Please follow the tutorials for getting started. It's important that your customers know what to expect when they download your products from the Exchange. Please note that the information given is used to pay you. It is important that we get your correct information in order to send payments to the proper person and or location. Your information is held in the strictest confidence and is protected by our privacy policy.
